I am sure that all parents love their children dearly. But is it enough to just love them? The answer is no.
I Love You: No matter how much you love your children you should, from time to time, tell them that you love them. Do not assume that they already know because they do not.
I Am Sorry: If you did something that negatively affected your child’s life then apologise, even if you did it 30 years ago. Its never too late. Children are children for you no matter how old they grow. Your apology will give them a peace of mind because children never forget anything.
Very Good: If your children do something good, say ‘very good’. Children need encouragement to keep moving in life. It does not matter if they are 2 or 20 or 40 years old, they will always need that pat on the back from you and you only.
Its Okay: If your children fail in life just say ‘its okay’. This will give them the push they really need to work hard and succeed in life.
Thank you: It does not matter how physically strong or more experienced in life you are compared to your children, thank them for doing things for you. It will not make you smaller but it will surely make them feel bigger.
