Korres Japanese Rose Skincare Collection Review
Contributed By
I love a good Korres skincare set and the ‘Roses are Red’ Japanese Rose Collection is no exception. The scents are always unique and natural yet subtle; the textures of the lotions and soaps are soft and light and the packaging always looks sophisticated even at a fabulously reasonable price.
In case you are new to the brand, Korres is a Greek skincare brand known for using natural ingredients throughout their range. In a world of hyper-synthetic skincare, a more natural approach is something that both myself and my skin can really appreciate. My skin stays bouncy and hydrated longer without breaking out. The set includes 3 items: Shower Gel, Body Milk, and Hand Cream.
The Shower Gel (250 ml):
This was one of the first things I tried. I had just run out of my favourite body wash and was keen to try something new. I usually don’t like rose scents as they typically smell either sugary sweet or old-fashioned, but I was pleasantly surprised by the Japanese Rose. It smells, of course, of roses, but with a tea-like herbalness that calms me right down. Korres Japanese Rose Skincare Collection Review

The Body Milk (200 ml):
In any of Korres’ scents is always an instant staple to my daily routine. After a shower, I like to apply generous dollops and work it into my legs and arms especially to further lock in the moisture. Not only do you get the floral scent, but added to it comes to a certain richness of the almond oil and shea butter…mmmm. I literally felt as though I was a rich rose-infused pastry sprinkled in almond flakes.

is the perfect addition to any handbag. It is the perfect portable size, and that’s exactly what you need in this cold weather. It seeped into my cracked and dry skin and my hands felt smoothed and revitalized. Simply put, it’s portability was my favourite feature and the best way to take this scent collection with you throughout the day and keep it topped up.
