Brands need bloggers because it is but a human’s nature to follow the most happening.
History witnessed the birth of the advertisement world, how it grew and how it harnessed the rapid change in media.
It was not long ago, that big brands used this median to penetrate the absorbing buying minds.
We witnessed ads that moved us, made us angry, made us wish hard to get that merchandise or even gave us a dejavu.
Now times have changed and so has the medium.
After the influx of internet and the World Wide Web, different tools have been inculcated to help opinion makers. Brands not only air their ads, now they buy personal spaces to blare their ads on the internet or on pop ups.

Welcome to the new era:
Brands need bloggers because nowadays buyers have become very vocal about the merchandise they buy.
Their opinions and experiences are either self-recorded or self-documented in form of a blog. Blogs are like personal journals but with no discretion disclaimers.
Nowadays the internet is flooded with an array of bloggers and blog. Some are quiet interesting and some can really leave a bad taste in the mouth, but of course demand craves the need.
Similarly I have come across a lot of blogs that depict the true nature of a certain brand.
A good personal experience, enhances another buyer’s confidence to take the leap. I for one am a very cautious shopper. For me value of money matters, let’s be real the bills don’t pay themselves.
Whenever something fancies me, my impulse buying nerve tries to jump the band wagon but my sanity nerve always gives me the reality check.
The war always ends, with me searching for its reviews or blogs. I’m sure there would be others like me. Blogging has changed many lives.

Why Do Brands Need Bloggers:
I believe that big brands should affiliate with bloggers because people affiliate with each other, rather than few strange faces or voice overs on a screen.
Blogs are what one may say” OMG, I feel the same way” or “oh wow it came out so differently for me”. Whereas ads are surreal, made to look perfect.
I believe big brands need bloggers and they should come forward to encourage these voices because;
- These are the free critiques that companies spend largely on conducting. Trust me a house wives point of view, would go a long way as compared to some celebrity who doesn’t even know squat about a certain tool.
- It is more cost efficient and have I emphasized much on, relatability.
- Their encouragement will lead to a bigger customer pool, let’s face it people love to follow what others are doing.
- Blogging is not a one way stream, bloggers engage with their followers and help them to overcome their ambiguities and thus resulting in sales “chhhaching”.
- Bloggers can also act as the “website traffic police” diverting the traffic your merry way.
- Because of various blogs your company’s presence on the internet will be more visible.
- Bloggers can be your best allies, with them you can defend your company against its critics.
- Through bloggers brands can build trust and credibility with their customers. Thus resulting in customer retention.
- Bloggers can help you identify the flaws and the issues regarding a certain product.
- Bloggers mostly self teach blogging and social media strategies so they are your next best Virtual Assistants and Freelance writers.
Bloggers can be the new super power for big brands if they are engaged tactfully. In a nutshell bloggers can make your product go to Hogwarts or to the plain brick wall in the station.
