When I was given a chance to try out the Rejuvabeads by Monat Split End Mender I had just had a new balayage treatment and my ends were perhaps a little worse for wear- it was perfect timing!
Monat as a company started in 2014 to enter the multi-billion dollar hair care market through direct sales. The company has its own signature formula, Rejuveniqe™ Oil Intensive, which blends rare and distinctive oils that benefit the health and wellbeing of your hair.
Some of the key ingredients of Rejuvabeads include: Glycerin, carrot seed oil extract, coconut oil, lemon peel oil, meadow foam seed oil, tomato seed oil, and sunflower oil extract. Together these soothe and improve the health of the scalp, improve the health of the hair and also prevent further damage.
This really is a simple and effective product that gives you a bang for the buck. It is a smallish tube of 70 ml, but all you need is three pumps. Whilst your hair is damp you work the product into the ends. As the saying goes; a little goes a long way.
To be fair, I was doubtful that this little amount of the Rejuvabeads split end product would be effective, but I was amazed at how smooth my hair became after even the first use. The split ends were minimised instantly, but I don’t wash my hair often so i’ve started using this product as a refresher every time I wash my hair.
I have heard mixed reviews about the Monat line, this product works just fine for me. I know I’m not getting the full experience as with using the shampoos and masques, but this is the perfect teaser to just how great my hair can be and for a busy girl like me, I honestly don’t need more than this in my routine. It smooths out the rough edges and let’s me get on with my day.
